VANTARIDE CO — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Overview
All sales made through VantaRide Co ("VantaRide," "we," "us," or "our") are considered final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product defects.
By placing an order with VantaRide, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.
Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be issued ONLY if ALL of the following conditions are met:

The product arrived damaged or defective. The damage or defect must have existed at the time of delivery — not as a result of installation, use, modification, or environmental exposure after receipt.

The product has NOT been installed. If the product has been installed on any vehicle, motorcycle, or equipment in any capacity, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Installation includes any wiring, mounting, adhesion, or physical attachment to a vehicle.

The product is in its original, unused condition. The item must be in its original packaging with all included components, hardware, instructions, and accessories. Items that show signs of use, tampering, modification, or missing components will not be accepted.

A refund request has been submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Requests submitted after 7 days from the confirmed delivery date will not be considered.

Photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect is provided. All refund requests must include clear photographs or video showing the damage or defect. Requests without visual documentation will not be processed.

The refund request has been reviewed and approved by VantaRide. All refund requests are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of VantaRide. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:
- The product has been installed, partially installed, or shows any evidence of installation attempt.
- Damage occurred as a result of improper installation, misuse, neglect, or modification.
- The product was used on any vehicle, motorcycle, or equipment for any purpose.
- The buyer changed their mind or no longer wants the product.
- The buyer purchased the wrong item or variation.
- The product was damaged during installation or removal.
- The product was exposed to conditions that caused damage after delivery (water damage from use, UV degradation from use, impact damage, etc.).
- The refund request was submitted after the 7-day window.
- The buyer failed to provide adequate photographic or video evidence of the claimed defect.
Preorder Policy
VantaRide may offer products on a preorder basis. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge the following:
- Estimated shipping dates are approximate and subject to change.
- Delays in manufacturing, shipping, or supply chain disruptions may extend the estimated delivery timeline.
- Preorder purchases are subject to the same refund policy outlined above.
- If VantaRide is unable to fulfill a preorder within a reasonable timeframe, we will notify the buyer and offer a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, email us at vantaride@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- A description of the damage or defect.
- Clear photographs or video of the product showing the issue.
- Photographs of the original packaging and all included components.
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If additional information is needed, we will contact you. All decisions regarding refund eligibility are made at the sole discretion of VantaRide.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective due to shipping carrier mishandling.
- The product must be shipped back to VantaRide within 7 calendar days of refund approval.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included components.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of VantaRide receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- VantaRide reserves the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% from the refund amount.
Exchanges
VantaRide does not offer exchanges at this time. If you receive a damaged or defective product and your refund is approved, you may place a new order separately.
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging:
- Photograph the damaged packaging BEFORE opening it.
- Photograph the product and all contents after opening.
- Report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Do NOT install or use the product.
Shipping damage claims reported after 48 hours or without photographic evidence may not be eligible for a refund.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage buyers to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting VantaRide may result in the dispute being contested with all available documentation.
Limitation of Liability
VantaRide's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. VantaRide is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the purchase, use, installation, or inability to use our products, including but not limited to damage to vehicles, motorcycles, or equipment, legal fines or penalties, lost revenue, or personal injury.
Product Use Disclaimer
All VantaRide products are sold as automotive and motorcycle accessories for off-road, private property, show, and display use only. VantaRide makes no claims regarding the legality of product use on public roads in any jurisdiction. The buyer assumes all responsibility for compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. VantaRide is not liable for any legal consequences arising from the use of our products.
Modifications to This Policy
VantaRide reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
