VANTARIDE CO — SHIPPING POLICY

Overview

VantaRidey Co ("VantaRide," "we," "us," or "our") currently ships to addresses within the United States. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, shipping methods, and important information regarding delivery of your order.


Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times. The total time from order placement to delivery is the processing time plus the shipping time.


Preorder Processing

Products listed as preorder are not currently in stock and will ship at a later date. Estimated shipping timeframes are listed on each preorder product page.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge the following:

  • Estimated ship dates are approximate and not guaranteed.
  • Manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics delays may extend the estimated shipping timeline.
  • You will receive an email notification when your preorder ships with tracking information.
  • If a significant delay occurs beyond the original estimate, VantaRide will notify you via email with an updated timeline.
  • Preorder cancellation requests made before the item has shipped will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of VantaRide.

Free Shipping

VantaRide may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. When free shipping is available, it will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout. Free shipping promotions apply to standard shipping within the contiguous United States only and do not include expedited shipping options unless otherwise stated.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order (for in-stock items), please contact us at vantaride@gmail.com.


Shipping Destinations

VantaRide currently ships to the following:

  • All 50 United States
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) — additional shipping fees and extended delivery times may apply.

We do not currently ship internationally. If you are located outside the United States and are interested in our products, please contact us at vantaride@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. VantaRide is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at vantaride@gmail.com. We will make every effort to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.


Delivery Issues

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. VantaRide will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim. Resolution of lost package claims is subject to the carrier's investigation and policies.

Stolen Packages: VantaRide is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the shipping carrier but subsequently stolen from the delivery location. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature at checkout if available.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, please photograph the damaged packaging before opening it, then photograph the product and all contents after opening. Report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details on shipping damage claims.


Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

VantaRide is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Shipping carrier delays or service disruptions.
  • Weather events, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
  • Customs or regulatory delays (for U.S. territory shipments).
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the buyer.
  • Federal holidays or carrier holiday schedules.

While we cannot control these situations, we will communicate any known delays and work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us at vantaride@gmail.com as soon as possible.

  • Orders that have not yet entered processing may be modified or cancelled.
  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
  • Preorder cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
